## Description

ZipStaff is seeking a Senior Java Engineer for the Investments & Capital Markets forecasting platform at a major financial services organization in McLean.

You will tighten access control, job queuing, and workflow orchestration, and modernize the UI. Java/Spring on the back end and React on the front end are both in play.

What You'll Do:

 * Enhance access control and authorization.
 * Extend job queuing and scheduling (concurrent runs, priority, resource allocation).
 * Streamline end-to-end workflows; refactor orchestration and inter-component coordination.
 * Analyze run pipelines, produce performance stats, and optimize long-running jobs.
 * Modernize UI structure, hierarchy, usability, and layout.
 * Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
