You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure high-quality, reliability, and maintainable software. This role requires solid technical fundamentals, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and within structured development and verification processes. You will report directly to our Software Engineering Manager and work from our Clearwater, FL location, with a hybrid work option available after an initial 90-day period. External hires will begin with 90 days on site before transitioning to a 3/2 hybrid schedule.
