Requires routine use of standard equipment and extended computer use. Employees may work near and around various conditions such as dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise. May be exposed to moving mechanical parts and tools, electrical components, and all-weather conditions. This position is very active and regularly required to stand, walk, sit, squat, stoop, bend, reach, and use hands and fingers. Ability to push, pull, and lift independently, encompassing all lifting positions from floor to overhead is required. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions are required. ## Description Job Summary: The Field Installation Technician is responsible for taking ScriptPro's pharmacy automation equipment from shipment to a fully operational system. This individual will assemble equipment, connect hardware and electrical components, configure software, test system functionality, and troubleshoot issues on-site. This position requires a blend of technical aptitude, hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally. Reporting Relationship: Manager, Installation Operations Shift: General start time of 7 am, hours and schedule vary daily based on customer demand. This position requires 85% travel with trip duration generally between 4 - 12 days. Travel time is included, resulting in an average of 20-30 hours of overtime paid per pay period. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.
