## Description

We are seeking an experienced App Dev - Java Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of next-generation AI-powered applications. This role combines strong Java and Python development expertise with emerging Generative AI technologies, including AI agents, workflow orchestration, prompt engineering, and modern CI/CD practices.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications while leveraging GenAI frameworks and tools to deliver innovative solutions., * Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Python.

 * Build and support AI-powered solutions utilizing Generative AI tools and frameworks.
 * Develop and optimize LangGraph workflows for AI agent orchestration and multi-step reasoning processes.
 * Design and implement integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect AI applications with enterprise systems and tools.
 * Create, test, and refine prompts to improve AI application performance and reliability.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, technical requirements, and implementation strategies.
 * Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
 * Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with best development practices.
