Preferred Qualifications * Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB). * Experience with Energy Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) and/or Building Management Systems (BMS). * Experience with Schneider Electric solutions such as EcoStruxure Power Operation (EPO), Power Monitoring Expert (PME), and EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO). * Experience testing industrial, energy management, or critical power applications. * Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and test management tools. * Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, OPC UA, or MQTT. ## Description We are looking for an experienced Software Test Engineer to lead Verification/Validation for the overall SW platform and lead test execution within a development team. This role drives the quality and reliability of our Digital Energy software platform but also assist in leading manual test. The candidate will be responsible for driving test strategy and test plan, execution, acceptance, and communication across a large software platform within the Digital Power portfolio. The software platform is a key part of the system strategy visualizing critical information from the power devices including advanced electrical metering and protection. The candidate will be tasked to lead testing strategies, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety.
