## Description

* Own end-to-end engineering execution for a high-profile, cross-functional Brokerage program - driving delivery across multiple engineering teams with minimal oversight
 * Serve as the primary coordination layer across product, design, CX, and engineering - filling execution gaps, resolving blockers, and keeping the program moving with clarity and speed
 * Partner with the program's operations principal to craft concise, polished narratives and stakeholder communications used across internal and external audiences
 * Identify risks and dependencies early, create structure where it's missing, and hold teams accountable to timelines without slowing them down
 * Provide engineering teams with the context, clarity, and decision support they need to execute confidently and efficiently
 * Build and maintain a clear view of program health - surfacing the right information to the right stakeholders at the right time
