Ability to clearly articulate and solve problems related to both system and environmental limitations. Partnering with our customers to identify, deploy and support packaged and custom-developed solutions that provide capabilities that help achieve P&W operational goals. Translating customer requirements into a solution design and implementing using Digital Technology Standard Work. Qualifications You Must Have: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or related technical field and 8+ years of hands on hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE); OR an Advanced degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field and 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). * U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
