This is an entry-level/junior IT position ideal for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience who wants to develop their skills in systems administration and IT support., * 1-2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role. * Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory preferred. * Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking. * Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required. * Must be willing to travel to client locations in Indiana and Kentucky when needed., * CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification. * Experience with Microsoft 365. * Familiarity with Active Directory. * Basic knowledge of Windows Server. * Experience with IT ticketing/help-desk systems. * Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. * Previous experience providing onsite IT support. * Client Travel & Mileage Reimbursement This is an onsite position, and occasional travel to CyberDomeUSA client locations throughout Indiana and Kentucky will be required based on business needs. A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory for this position.
