The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding and supporting the Applied Digital personnel technology base and cultivating their skills in coordination with the Corporate IT Director and team. This role will primarily support our sites in the Harwood/Fargo area along with remote user support. Travel is expected to be less than 10%. We are currently scaling quickly and therefore this role will involve onboarding a lot of new hires and setting up new facilities will be involved initially., * Helpdesk tickets resolution and response completed in a timely manner * Handling of IT assets and maintaining strong documentation * Provisioning of New users, Computers, Mobile devices * Systems settings configuration and troubleshooting * Installation and maintenance of Laptop and other related devices * Prepare purchase request for new devices * Supporting automation initiatives, Please note that Applied Digital is currently unable to sponsor new applicants for employment authorization or provide immigration-related support for this position.
