You do not need to be a programmer, Google Ads specialist, or HubSpot engineer, but you should be comfortable working with technical and marketing teams and learning how different digital systems work. You should be someone who: * Has strong project management and organizational skills. * Pays close attention to details and catches mistakes others may miss. * Is comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time. * Communicates clearly and follows up consistently. * Takes ownership instead of waiting for someone else to move a project forward. * Is comfortable testing work and questioning something when it does not look right. * Can translate a business request into clear instructions for developers, marketers, or technical teams. * Is comfortable working with websites, e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools. * Can prioritize projects based on business impact and urgency. * Is comfortable working directly with company leadership. Experience That Would Be Helpful Experience with any of the following is a plus: * Digital project management * E-commerce * Shopify ## Description Sparks Fitness Equipment is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to help manage and coordinate projects across our website, e-commerce, marketing, CRM, automation, and internal technology teams. This is not a developer or hands-on IT engineering position. You will serve as the central point person who takes digital projects and requests, gets them to the correct department or specialist, follows them through completion, and performs quality assurance to make sure the final result is accurate. We already have specialists working in website development, HubSpot automation, Google Ads, marketing, and other areas. We need someone who can keep all of these projects organized, communicate clearly between departments, catch mistakes, and make sure projects actually get finished. What You'll Do * Manage digital projects from request through final completion. * Assign and communicate projects to the appropriate internal team members, developers, marketing specialists, or automation engineers. * Maintain a clear list of active projects, priorities, deadlines, owners, and outstanding items. * Follow up with team members and vendors to make sure projects stay on schedule. * Review completed work and perform detailed QA before projects are considered finished. * Coordinate website and e-commerce updates including: * Adding and removing products * Pricing changes * Product page updates * Website merchandising * Promotional pricing * Sales and promotional campaigns * Website banners and content changes * Product information and accuracy * Coordinate marketing projects including: * Google Ads changes and tests * New advertisements * Landing pages * Promotional campaigns * Marketing creative * Tracking ongoing tests and results * Coordinate HubSpot and CRM projects with our automation team, including workflows, integrations, process changes, and internal requests. * Help manage basic employee technology needs such as user accounts, usernames, passwords, software access, and permissions. * Test website changes, CRM workflows, promotions, pricing, advertisements, and other digital projects to ensure they work correctly. * Identify errors or incomplete work and send clear revision requests back to the appropriate team. * Keep management updated on project status, outstanding issues, and completed work. * Help develop better processes, checklists, and systems for managing recurring digital tasks., * Google Ads * Website management * Digital marketing * CRM or marketing automation * QA/testing * Product merchandising * Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management systems * Managing developers, agencies, contractors, or remote teams You do not need to be an expert in all of these systems. We care more about your ability to learn quickly, stay organized, communicate effectively, and take ownership of projects. What Success Looks Like A successful Digital Project Manager at Sparks Fitness will become the person management can hand a project to and trust that it will be routed to the right people, followed through, tested, corrected if necessary, and ultimately completed accurately.
