## About the Role

* 6+ years of software development experience
 * Strong command of at least one of Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go
 * Experience in backend development, Unix/Linux environments, distributed/parallel systems, information retrieval, networking, or systems/security software development
 * Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and container
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or CodeDeploy
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams Preferred
 * Hands-on Kubernetes experience
 * Hands-on AWS experience
 * Databases and middleware - Postgres, Kafka, Redis
 * Big data stack - data warehousing, MPP, Spark, Flink
 * Micro-service architecture and service mesh
 * UI development experience
