* Design, develop and modernize large-scale web applications, influencing architecture and technical direction for .
 * Contribute to project planning, architecture discussions and code reviews for complex initiatives from planning through delivery.
 * Partner with teams across Uline to improve application performance and deliver solutions that enhance the customer experience.
 * Mentor and coach developers, providing technical guidance and helping resolve engineering challenges.
 * Explore and apply AI-powered solutions and emerging technologies, including Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI and vector search, as part of ongoing modernization.
