 * Communication & Collaboration: Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
 * Continuous Learning: Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for automation, innovation, and emerging technologies.
 * Education & Industry Experience: Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience, with exposure to medium-to-large organizations in manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.

## Description

* Solution Delivery: Design, develop, and support enterprise system integrations that align with business and technology objectives.
 * Technical Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, architects, project teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
 * Integration Development: Build and maintain data mappings, workflows, APIs, ETL processes, and system interfaces across cloud and on-premise platforms.
 * Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot integration issues, resolve production incidents, and implement monitoring, logging, and reporting capabilities.
 * Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to modernize legacy integrations, improve processes, and leverage automation and AI-assisted tools.
 * Technical Leadership: Develop documentation, establish integration standards and best practices, and mentor team members as needed.
