The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to users with different levels of technical experience., * Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other approved equipment.

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, connectivity, and application issues.
 * Install, configure, update, and maintain computers and approved software.
 * Assist employees with account access, password issues, and basic system configuration.
 * Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
 * Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
