This Senior Implementation Manager will provide technical leadership, oversight, and strategic support for complex mechanical projects, driving safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution. The role is responsible for reviewing project plans, schedules, risk strategies, work packages, and testing programs while identifying opportunities to improve quality, reduce risk, and optimize performance. Qualified candidates will have extensive experience in commercial nuclear power plant operations and refueling outages, strong knowledge of ASME codes and project management tools, and a proven ability to lead project execution in a highly regulated environment. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA., * Advanced degree in a related field and 10 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, or regulated industrial environment; * OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, or regulated industrial environment; * OR Associate degree and 14 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, or regulated industrial environment; * OR High School Diploma/GED and 16 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, or regulated industrial environment. * Experience with production and operational processes at a commercial nuclear power plant. * Experience supporting multiple refueling outages at a commercial nuclear power plant. * Strong knowledge of Mechanical Enterprise Risk Project planning and execution practices. * Experience reviewing and improving work packages, maintenance documentation, testing plans, and project implementation strategies. * Working knowledge of ASME codes, Section XI repair and replacement requirements, and applicable nuclear industry regulations. * Experience using Enterprise Management Software such as Asset Suite, SAP, or similar systems. * Proficiency with logic-driven project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. * Knowledge of maintenance, engineering, and work management processes in a nuclear utility environment. * Understanding of human performance improvement tools, error reduction techniques, and cost-effective work execution methods. * Familiarity with radiological work strategies, contamination controls, rigging, material handling, welding, and related field activities. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities. * Advanced computer proficiency, including project management and enterprise software applications. * Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, field oversight, and strategic project support in a highly regulated environment.
