## About the Role

* Experience in internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including developing presentations and other materials that support the rethinking of core business processes and the design of reengineered environments.
 * Experience as a Lead Systems Analyst or Systems Architect directing end-to-end technical analysis, design, and optimization of complex enterprise systems. Experience using advanced systems modeling methodologies, including Unified Modeling Language (UML), Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), and entity-relationship modeling, to conduct As-Is/To-Be system evaluations, perform technical gap analyses, and design scalable, high-performance system workflows and technical specifications.
 * Experience working on business requirements projects as a Lead Analyst, including gathering and documenting business process requirements for new applications, developing logical and physical data models, and applying data normalization up to Third Normal Form (3NF) to transform flat-file or legacy structures into enterprise relational database schemas such as SQL Server and Oracle.
 * Experience reverse-engineering legacy databases, specifically Microsoft Access, including analyzing tables, relationships, queries, forms, macros, and VBA modules to identify structural anomalies and developing complex SQL queries using multi-table joins, subqueries, and analytical functions for data validation, data profiling, and backend troubleshooting.
 * Experience serving as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, software vendors, and application developers to translate business requirements into technical system design artifacts, including Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), and detailed data mapping and ETL specifications.
 * Experience analyzing, designing, or supporting systems integrated with enterprise Document Management Systems such as IBM FileNet or enterprise relational databases such as Oracle.
 * Experience developing and implementing multi-tier .NET Framework and .NET Core web applications using C# and ASP.NET patterns, including Web Forms and Model-View-Controller (MVC), as well as designing and implementing system integration points, web services, and APIs for data exchange.
 * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technology field.
