## About the Role

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: One year of experience performing administrative staff, clerical, clerical technical, or secretarial work.
Notes:

 1. Candidates may substitute 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university for the required experience.
 2. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a non-commissioned officer involving staff work requiring regular use of independent judgment and analysis in applying and interpreting rules and regulations in accordance with agency laws and policies on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.

## Description

The main purpose of this position is to provide professional administrative support services for the Data Management Unit related to incarcerated individuals records, facility population counts, audits and individual system access requirements. This will include the assisting, coordinating, compiling and processing data in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to the Data Management Unit. This position acts as the incarcerated individual locator for the public and various state agencies via, phone email and fax correspondences. Processing of local agency reimbursement of jail bills received for incarcerated individuals maintained in their facilities.
