This role plays a key part in our ITSM implementation and the ongoing evolution of citizen-facing digital services. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment and is excited to build scalable, user-centered solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) will not sponsor applicants for work visas. * The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay., * Proven ability to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows. * Experience with ServiceNow Studio, App Engine, and Scoped Applications. * Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, particularly in ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. * Experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. * Ability and Willingness to learn new things in a face paced environment. * Comfortable with assisting other developers and providing training and support. * Front facing UX/UI development experience preferred. * Passion for strategic planning and process improvement. * Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Successful background check results are required for employment in this position.
