## About the Role

Be part of our talent pool and grow with H 2 O.The Benefits- Yearly bonus program; - Twelve (12) paid wellness days per year.The Day-to-Day- Act as the functional lead for ERP systems, with a strong focus on IFS; - Translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements; - Support daily ERP operations, troubleshooting issues and conducting root-cause analysis; - Configure workflows, roles, and ERP functionalities; - Participate in system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives; - Support testing activities including unit testing, integration, and UAT; - Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and process documentation; - Train and support end users to ensure strong system adoption; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.); - Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to business processes and system usage.The Skills We Are Looking For- 3 years or more of experience as
an ERP / Functional / Application Analyst; - Strong experience withenterprise ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; - Experience with IFS (strong asset); - Solid understanding ofend-to-end business processes; - Experience with ERP configuration and user support; - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; - Ability to translate business needs into system solutions; - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; - Bilingual in English and Spanish.
