## About the Role

+ A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
 + 3+ years of relevant full-time experience in IT ServiceDesk.
 + Experience supporting Windows and MacOSX environments.
 + Experience supporting SaaS tools: Google Workspace, Google Workspace and Slack services.
 + Experience with Atlassian's JIRA Service Desk. Bonus for having knowledge in creating/maintaining automations and SD portal creation/configuration.
 + Experience with OneLogin and/or OKTA.
 + Good problem-solving and analytical skills with a technical mindset.
 + Great communication skills and solution-oriented approach.

 + Provide timely & effective support for all IT systems.
 + Resolve Layer 1 and 2 level incidents and service requests.
 + Develop and maintain documentation and procedures.
 + Administrate and operate different IT tools and systems.
