## Description

In this role you'll help build scalable backend ingestion for observability data within Elastic's Streams program. You'll own end-to-end features for Managed Inputs and Integrations, ensuring reliability and performance across cloud providers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain system health, and mentor peers. The work fuels Kibana experiences by delivering robust data pipelines and scalable processing at scale.

Responsabilidades

 * Design, implement, deploy and maintain high-performing, scalable features for Managed Inputs (mOTLP) and Managed Integrations
 * Own projects from concept to delivery with cross-team collaboration
 * Provide engineering support for escalated customer cases on a rotation
 * Mentor peers via PR reviews to uphold code quality and best practices
 * Monitor alerts, define SLIs/SLOs, and ensure system stability
 * Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative team culture across timezones
 * Participate in on-call rotations for owned services
