## About the Role

* Databricks (Unity Catalog, Delta Lake/Sharing, Medallion)
 * Data Governance & Data Products (Datenmodellierung)
 * Apache Kafka, 5+ years in data architecture: data modelling, data governance, data integration

## Description

Own the target data architecture for claims and retail: modelling, cataloguing, ownership and exposure as data products

 - Guide decisions on integration and sharing patterns and stop ungoverned data movement
 - Prepare and shape architecture decisions for the Design Authority
 - Make sure data governance keeps pace as analytics, ML and GenAI build on the data products
 - Apply enterprise data architecture principles across lakehouse, event streaming and operational stores
 - Represent the domain in group enterprise architecture bodies
 - Work with platform teams, Data & Analytics and application and integration architects
 - No pipeline development, no reporting: you define the architecture data engineering builds against
