* You hold a Bachelor's degree in IT or have equivalent professional experience.
 * You have knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office.
 * You bring basic experience with Linux systems and troubleshooting.
 * You possess understanding of ITIL processes and service management.
 * You have experience with networking, monitoring tools, and log data management.
 * You're analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented.
 * You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

 * Knowledge of ServiceNow.
 * Experience with Dynatrace monitoring.
 * Familiarity with SharePoint.

## Description

* Troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems through log analysis and system commands.
 * Monitor system logs and manage incidents to ensure operational reliability.
 * Coordinate incident responses and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
 * Support network systems, system integration, and service desk tooling.
 * Execute technical scripts and perform analyses to drive continuous improvement.
 * Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation following ITIL guidelines.
