## Description

La mission consiste à renforcer le support niveau 1 dans le traitement des tickets envoyé par le niveau 0Cela implique les prestations suivantes :- Création du ticket, Traitement du ticket, Résolution des tickets, voire escalade en niveau 2 du Centre De Service CDSEt ce dans le respect des procédures de la DSI et afin d'assurer un service optimal auprès des utilisateurs.Le " Support de Niveau 1 " devra :* Suivre le ticket, assurer son traitement jusqu'à sa résolution, voire escalader en Niveau 2* Communiquer aux utilisateurs (par oral ou écrit) l'avancement des tickets* Respecter l'ensemble des procédures de la DSI (rapidité, sécurité du SI, …)* Assurer une traçabilité de bout en bout des actions sur un ticket* Gérer son portefeuille de tickets en priorisant les traitements en fonction des règles de fonctionnement
