* Proven BI Development experience within NHS or healthcare environments.
 * Strong experience with Power BI, SQL and data modelling.
 * Experience developing dashboards, reporting suites and management information solutions.
 * Understanding of healthcare datasets and reporting standards.
 * Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Mental Health Trust experience would be highly advantageous

## Description

* Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
 * Create management information and reporting solutions for operational and clinical stakeholders.
 * Develop and optimise data models to support reporting requirements.
 * Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Support healthcare performance reporting and analytics initiatives.
 * Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reporting best practices.
 * Collaborate with wider programme, data and transformation teams.
