This is a great role for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is happy to support wherever required., Essential * Payroll administration experience with responsibility for end-to-end processing. * Experience managing payroll for a medium-sized employee population. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Good Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * A flexible, team-oriented approach and willingness to assist outside of core payroll duties. Highly Desirable * Experience using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll and HR systems. * Exposure to HR systems administration and employee data management. * Experience producing payroll reports and reconciliations. * Previous experience working in a fast-paced operational environment. ## Description Payroll * Support the end-to-end payroll process for c.700 permanent employees. * Ensure all payroll changes are processed accurately and within deadlines. * Validate payroll data and investigate any discrepancies. * Handle employee payroll queries and provide timely resolutions. * Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities. HR Systems & Administration * Maintain accurate employee records across HR and payroll systems. * Support data management, reporting, and system updates. * Assist with HR administration and operational tasks as required. * Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll and HR processes. Team Support * Work closely with colleagues across HR, payroll, finance, and operations. * Be willing to support wider HR activities outside of payroll when required. * Take a proactive, hands-on approach to workload and priorities. * Act as a collaborative team member within a small, supportive function., * Opportunity to take ownership of payroll for a stable workforce of c.700 employees. * Varied role combining payroll, systems, and HR operations. * Join a collaborative team that values a hands-on approach. * Immediate opportunity to make an impact during a key period for the business.
