Security Policies. What you'll need A minimum of 5 years' proven experience working as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant on medium to large-scale ServiceNow platforms. Strong understanding of ServiceNow development and configuration best practices. Extensive experience working within IT Service Management environments and a strong understanding of ITIL principles. Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Experience working within a SaaS environment. Experience working with Agile methodologies and within collaborative delivery teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. solutions that can be deployed effectively across customers and environments. Investigate and resolve complex technical and business issues, taking full ownership through to resolution. Support the delivery of high-quality solutions through appropriate development, testing, documentation and implementation processes. Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation to understand requirements, identify appropriate solutions and communicate technical information effectively. Provide specialist technical guidance and advice to less experienced colleagues, promoting consistent approaches and adherence to design, coding and development standards. Act as a technical role model, demonstrating strong technical and behavioural competencies. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and dynamic team environments while maintaining a consistent and effective contribution. Identify and report potential or actual security events and risks in accordance with Computacenter Information
