working that supports work-life balance Generous benefits package, including: Local Government Pension Scheme (c. 19% employer contribution) Generous annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas concession day including but and sell Access to Vivup discounts and wellbeing support Inclusive workplace - A culture where everyone feels valued, supported and able to be their best The role Working alongside another Network Planning Officer, you will: Lead the review and development of Warwickshire's public transport network Design and optimise routes, timetables and services to meet evolving demand Contribute to funding bids (DfT, developer contributions and other streams) Collaborate with operators, stakeholders and internal teams to deliver improvements Support the development of innovative, data-led approaches to network planning You'll be part of a skilled Public Transport team, reporting to the Public Transport Service Manager, and working in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
