## About the Role

Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand workflow enhancements and changes. Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve identified defects. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to improve the overall user experience. Experience & Knowledge Proven experience as a Software Tester, preferably within the legal or case management domain. Knowledge of the LexisNexis VisualFiles Case Management System and its workflow components preferable. Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test data. Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with agile methodologies and working in an iterative development environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.

## Description

Job Purpose We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented functional Software Tester to join our team. As a Software Tester, your primary responsibility will be to rigorously test and validate workflow changes developed on the LexisNexis Visualfiles Case Management System. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the system's reliability, accuracy, and seamless operation. Key Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts specifically targeting workflow modifications. Validate that workflow changes adhere to business requirements, legal compliance, and industry best practices. Document test results, defects, and any deviations from expected behaviour. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and potential issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of workflow changes.
