## About the Role

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across complex and diverse network environments. Demonstrable experience producing both high-level and low-level design documentation. Good working knowledge of network security principles and technologies, including IDS / IPS, NAC, SSL / TLS, and Zero Trust models. At least five years' experience in similar role, working in large and diverse enterprise environments with Microsoft server and Microsoft cloud technologies. Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, high-quality documentation such as processes, procedures, and technical designs. Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of
ownership.Desirable: Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server technologies, particularly DNS, RADIUS, and PKI.
