## About the Role

* Minimum 2-3 years' commercial experience with Playwright (more preferred).
 * Proven experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch.
 * TypeScript coding and technical depth
 * Strong experience in UI test automation
 * Ability to work closely with technical and business teams to establish automation standards and best practices.
 * Experience mentoring/coaching teams and sharing automation knowledge. (working with Haden (our perm resource), * Performance testing - advantageous
 * Experience using Xray as a Test Management tool. advantageous
 * Previous experience within the Pensions sector advantageous
 * Performance testing experience (e.g. JMeter, k6, LoadRunner or similar) advantageous

## Description

* Design and build a Playwright-based automation framework for the Nexus Programme.
 * Develop and maintain automated UI test suites.
 * Work closely with the Calculations Team to transfer knowledge and embed automation practices.
 * Establish automation standards, reusable components, and framework governance.
 * Support the wider programme in increasing automation coverage and improving quality assurance processes.
