 * Works accurately and methodically with strong attention to detail.
 * Can organise priorities, meet deadlines and work independently and within a team.
 * Communicates clearly and understands strict confidentiality.
 * Enthusiastic about learning clinical terminology, coding standards and new systems.
 * Can travel between our four network practices when required., * Has administration or record processing experience primary care, SystmOne or coding experience is desirable.

## Description

* Reviewing and summarising patient records
 * Coding clinical correspondence into SystmOne
 * Managing documents and electronic tasks
 * Supporting data-quality audits, QOF and shared coding workflows.

Training and support will be provided, and unclear or clinically sensitive information will be referred to an appropriate clinician or senior colleague.
