## Description

The primary function of the System Consultant is to support the day to day running of systems in order to service the brokers.

Provide cover for the internal helpdesk and through on-site visits using knowledge of the Acturis broking application software.

Help the systems team manage the helpdesk by providing user support on system functionality and procedure. Provide email/telephone support to all customers in respect of system functionality
