## Description

Als IT-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im First-Level-Support sind Sie für die Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur bei Harz Energie zuständig. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen im Wesentlichen folgende Tätigkeiten:

 * Entgegennahme, Erfassung sowie Priorisierung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen
 * Erstanalyse sowie Behebung von Standardproblemen im Hard- und Softwareumfeld
 * Dokumentation aller Vorgänge im Ticketsystem gemäß interner Richtlinien
 * Pflege von Wissensdatenbanken und Lösungsdokumentationen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Standardisierung von Supportprozessen
 * Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Updates und IT-Projekten im Rahmen des First-Level-Supports
