## Description

Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Kundensupportaufträgen

 - Fehleranalyse- und Behebung an Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
 - Installation und Konfiguration neuer Client-Hardware und deren Auslieferung an den Arbeitsplatz
 - Administration der kundeneigenen Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 - Einrichten neuer Benutzer und Deaktivieren abgelaufener Konten
 - Pflege und Verwaltung des IT-Inventars über das Assetmanagement System
 - Ersatzteilbestellung nach Prozessvorgabe
