Technischer Support: Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen (Hardware, Software, Netzwerke).

 - Troubleshooting: Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen im First- und Second-Level-Support.
 - Projektmanagement: Unterstützung bei der Planung und Implementierung neuer IT-Infrastrukturen.
 - Kaufmännische Abwicklung: Erstellung von Angeboten, Beschaffung von Hard- und Software sowie Kundenberatung.
 - Dokumentation: Pflege unserer Wissensdatenbank und Dokumentation der durchgeführten Einsätze.
