Studium oder Techniker im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

 - Erfahrung in der SPS Programmierung insbesondere Step7 Classic und TIA
 - Gute Vorkenntnisse in NC, Sinumerik 840D SL und/oder Sinumerik ONE wünschenswert
 - Erfahrungen mit Antriebssystemen SIMOTION/SINAMICS sowie Safety-Sicherheitssystemen (PNOZ, Safety Integrated) von Vorteil
 - Versiertheit im Umgang mit Hardware-Komponenten und Schaltplänen
 - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englisch-Sprachkenntnisse
 - Zuverlässige, korrekte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

## Description

Abstimmung und Festlegung der Steuerungs- und Regelungsfunktionen sowie deren Beschreibungen für mehrachsige Sondermaschinen

 - SPS-Programmierung nach Funktionsvorgaben sowie kundenspezifischen Lastenheften
 - Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen & Maschinen im Haus und beim Endkunden
 - Entwurf und Erstellung von Anlagenvisualisierungen
 - Fehlersuche und Fehlerbehebung an Anlagen im Haus und beim Kunden
 - Erstellung und Prüfung technischer sowie funktionaler Dokumentationen
 - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen (Hardwareentwicklung, Mechanische Konstruktion, Projektleitung, Dokumentation und Kunde)
