## Description

Während Ihrer dreijährigen Ausbildung erwerben Sie umfassende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik. Dazu gehören insbesondere:

 - Aufbau, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Systemen (Systemarchitektur, Hardware und Betriebssysteme)
 - Konfiguration, Administration und Betreuung von Netzwerken und Systemlösungen
 - Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Infrastrukturen im Umfeld einer modernen Verwaltung
 - Mitarbeit im IT-Support, insbesondere Benutzerbetreuung, Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung
