## Description

Fachinformatiker stehen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der informations- und kommunikationstechnischen (IT) Systeme. Sie realisieren spezifische Informations- und Kommunikationslösungen als Dienstleister unternehmensintern oder bei externen Kunden. Sie fungieren als Administratoren und Problemlöser bei IT-Anwendungen und -Systemen. Durch die Vernetzung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten planen und konfigurieren Fachinformatiker IT-Systeme. Durch den Einsatz von Experten- und Diagnosesystemen werden Störungen erkannt und behoben. Zudem beraten und schulen sie die Programmanwender. Die Ausbildung dauert 3 Jahre/40 stunden pro Woche inkl. Berufsschule
