 - Du möchtest dir so viel Wissen aneignen, dass du Kunden bei kleinen Problemen am Telefon sofort helfen kannst und sie beraten kannst, wenn sie neue Produkte benötigen oder Probleme mit der bestehenden Infrastruktur haben und möchtest dafür Kosten kalkulieren, Angebote erarbeiten und dich um die Beschaffung kümmern.
