Abschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit IT-Schwerpunkt, Mathematik, Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

 - Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich IT, IT-Controlling, Finanzmanagement oder IT Service Management sind von Vorteil
 - Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in Analyse- und Reportingtools (z. B. Tableau, Power BI), Technology Business Management (TBM), FinOps/Cloud Financial Management, IT Service-, Portfolio- oder Kostenmanagement
 - Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Begeisterung für die Verbindung von IT, Finanzen und Strategie; kommunikationsstark und offen für Veränderungsprozesse
 - Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift

## Description

Als Senior Consultant IT Financial Management (m/w/d) begleitest du nationale und internationale Unternehmen bei der kommerziellen Steuerung und Optimierung ihrer IT-Organisationen.

 - Beratung & Transformation: In deinen Projekten berätst du nationale und internationale Kunden bei der digitalen Transformation ihrer IT-Organisationen, einschließlich KI-Einsatz und der Einführung moderner, wertorientierter Steuerungsmodelle.
 - IT Financial Management: Du arbeitest branchenübergreifend an Themen wie IT-Controlling, FinOps und IT Value Management und unterstützt beim Aufbau sowie der Optimierung transparenter Finanz- und Steuerungsstrukturen.
 - Kosten- & Leistungssteuerung: Mit analytischem Fokus analysierst und optimierst du IT-Kosten- und Leistungsstrukturen, sicherst Business Cases ab und trägst zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Transparenz und Kostensensibilität im IT-Service-Management bei.
 - Strategie & Steuerungsmodelle: Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du IT-Strategien, Roadmaps, Datenmodelle und Management-Dashboards zur fundierten Steuerung von IT-Budgets, Investitionen und dem Return on IT-Investments.
 - Projektarbeit & Weiterentwicklung: Von Beginn an bist du aktiv in unsere Beratungsprojekte eingebunden - von Angebotsentwicklung und Akquise über Analyse, Tool-Einführung und Umsetzung bis zur Ableitung strategischer Handlungsempfehlungen, unterstützt durch erfahrene Kolleg:innen.
