Betreuung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen direkt vor Ort (1st & 2nd Level Support=

 - Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Endgeräten wie PCs, Notebooks, Druckern und mobilen Geräten
 - Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung an Hard- und Software sowie an Netzwerkschnittstellen
 - Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und IT-Arbeitsplätzen über zentrale Systeme
 - Unterstützung bei IT-Rollouts, Standortwechseln und internen Projekten
 - Dokumentation von Vorgängen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
 - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen IT-Service-Desk und weiteren Fachabteilungen, Übertarifliche Vergütung
