Planung, Installation und Administration von IT-Infrastrukturen (Server, Clients, Netzwerk, Cloud-Lösungen)

 - Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Umgebungen unserer Kunden
 - Fehleranalyse, Störungsbeseitigung und Support im 1st-2nd Level
 - Konfiguration und Pflege von Firewalls, Backup-Lösungen und Sicherheitskonzepten
 - Durchführung von System- und Softwareupdates
