## Description

Führung & Organisation:

 - Gesamtverantwortung für die IT-Abteilung (Führung, Motivation, Organisation)
 - Urlaubs- und Einsatzplanung der IT-Mitarbeitenden
 - Sicherstellung einer optimalen Abteilungsbesetzung und IT-Bereitschaftsdienst

IT-Strategie & Systemverantwortung:

 - Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit, Leistungsfähigkeit und Sicherheit unserer IT-Systeme
 - Vorbereitung und Begleitung von IT-Investitionen
 - Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung der Ablauforganisation und IT-technischen Umsetzung

Entwicklung & Support:

 - Erstellung und Einführung von IT-Programmen inkl. Test und Schulung
 - Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten sowie Koordination des IT-Teams
 - Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Systeme (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 & 2018)
 - Support für Anwender, Microsoft-Produkte, Server und allgemeine IT-Infrastruktur

Datensicherheit & Compliance:

 - Verantwortung für Datensicherung, Virenschutz, Firewall, Notfallplanung und Lizenzmanagement
 - Einhaltung von Datenschutzvorgaben und IT-Sicherheitsstandards
 - Kontrolle von IT-Kosten, Lizenzrechten und Change-Management-Prozessen

Spezielle IT-Aufgaben:

 - Betreuung von Microsoft SQL Servern und Datenbanken
 - Betreuung digitaler Prozesse (z. B. Fahrtenbuch, elektronischer Belegversand, DMS, Zeiterfassung)
