 - Verständnis für Datenplattformen/ETL, idealerweise erste Berührung mit Databricks (oder vergleichbar: Azure Synapse, Snowflake).
 - Routiniert in agilen Methoden (Scrum/Kanban), Tools wie Jira/Confluence; stark in Kommunikation, Moderation und Priorisierung.
 - Sprachen: Deutsch mind. C1, Englisch mind. B2.
 - Nice to have: Kenntnisse in GA4, Tag-Management (GTM), Consent-Management, API-/Schnittstellenverständnis (REST), Git/CI/CD, Azure/AWS, Datenmodellierung, Datenschutz (DSGVO/TTDSG).

## Description

Als Project Manager verantwortest du die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung digitaler Projekte mit Fokus auf Pimcore-Websites, Marketing-Automation (Evalanche und Salesforce Marketing Cloud), sowie datengetriebene Use Cases auf Basis von Databricks und Power BI. Du verbindest Business-Ziele mit Technik, hältst Budgets, Timings und Qualität im Blick und schaffst messbaren Impact.

##### Deine Aufgaben

 - End-to-end-Projektsteuerung: von Anforderungsaufnahme, Aufwandsschätzung, Roadmap- und Backlog-Planung über Sprint-Management bis Go-live und Hypercare.
 - Website-Projekte in Pimcore: Koordination von UX/UI, Content, Entwicklung und QA; Schnittstellenmanagement (z. B. PIM/MDM, CRM, MA, DAM).
 - Marketing Automation: Konzeption und Orchestrierung von Journeys, Kampagnen und Segmenten in Evalanche und SFMC; Lead-Management, Scoring und A/B-Tests.
 - Data & Analytics: Abstimmung von Tracking-Konzepten, Events und KPIs; Aufbau/Koordination von Datenpipelines in Databricks; Erstellung und Pflege von Power-BI-Dashboards.
 - Stakeholder- und Vendor-Management: Moderation zwischen Fachbereichen, IT, Agenturen und Tool-Anbietern; Steuerung externer Teams.
 - Qualität & Compliance: Testmanagement (UAT), Dokumentation, Release- und Change-Management; Sicherstellung von Datenschutz- und Consent-Anforderungen (DSGVO).
 - Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Retrospektiven, Prozess- und KPI-Optimierung, Wissensaufbau im Team.
