Preferred Certifications: * CompTIA Security+ (IAT Level II) * INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) * ITIL Foundation * Applicable software or hardware training and certifications commensurate with the IT environment specified within the task order ## Description The Systems Engineer (Level 3) analyzes user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications in support of the ISEE program.
