Candidates should be able to attend meetings at FAA facilities and other locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) as required. * Must be available during Eastern Time (ET) business hours to support program needs and FAA coordination., * Bachelor's degree * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience * Demonstrated ability to perform work closely related to the assigned tasks and work products. * Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Ability to work with sensitive, confidential, or regulated information and follow FAA and federal policies and procedures. * Ability to use FAA-issued accounts and Government-designated collaboration and task-tracking systems as required., * FAA, federal, or regulated enterprise IT experience. * Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, dashboards, service metrics, or knowledge management. * Experience supporting PMO reporting, helpdesk operations, product adoption, or data-governance programs. ## Description We are seeking an Enterprise Data Program Analyst to provide analytical, operational, reporting, and coordination support across FAA IT programs, product services, centralized work tracking, governance, and user support.
