 * Deep knowledge of global mobility programs, policy design, service delivery models, and industry best practices.\n
 * Proven success leading complex consulting engagements, client implementations, transitions, or large-scale program changes.\n
 * Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and build credibility quickly.\n
 * Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into practical recommendations and measurable outcomes.\n
 * Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and organizational complexity.\n
 * Exceptional presentation, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.\n
 * Strong project leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\n
 * Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, reporting tools, project management platforms, and business applications.\n
 * Experience utilizing data, analytics, and emerging AI tools to improve decision-making and client outcomes.\n
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n
 * Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred.\n
 * Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation preferred.\n
