Working as part of the Infrastructure Operations team, the Junior Technical Analyst will provide onsite support for day-to-day IT operations, including end-user support, system administration, infrastructure, security, and business applications. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional to gain hands-on experience supporting users and technology within a complex, global enterprise environment., * Provide end-user and administrative support for IT systems, applications, and infrastructure. * Respond to IT-related questions and provide technical guidance and assistance to users. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application issues. * Perform routine IT operations activities, including onsite equipment and system checks. * Configure, install, deploy, and support PCs, peripherals, and other IT equipment. * Assist with basic system administration and infrastructure support activities. * Ensure established IT procedures, security practices, and operational standards are followed. * Develop a working knowledge of department-specific applications and technologies. * Use an ITSM/Service Desk platform to document incidents, service requests, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions. * Escalate more complex technical issues to appropriate senior technical teams when required. * Maintain accurate support and technical documentation. * Collaborate with local and global IT teams to resolve issues and support business users. * Contribute to departmental service levels, key performance indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives., This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity based in the San Jose, California area. This is a fully onsite position requiring regular interaction with business users and IT equipment at the client location. The successful candidate should be comfortable providing hands-on technical support and working collaboratively with both local and global IT teams.
