Preferred Qualifications Years of experience: 20 years of experience in electronic warfare operations Technical Skills * Extensive experience in electronic warfare (EW) operations * Knowledge and experience with radiofrequency, electrooptical, and electronic combat techniques * Ability to apply engineering, physics, and mathematics principles to ISR and PGM testing * Experience supporting DT, OT, FDE, and certification activities * Ability to develop detailed test documentation including TEMP, test strategies, test scenario plans, methods of test, test cards, procedures, and metrics * Experience analyzing deficiencies, verifying compliance with specifications, and evaluating system stability * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Interpersonal Skills * Demonstrated ability to lead and direct the work of others * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing and formal presentations * Ability to support hightempo test environments, including extended work hours, weekends, and holidays when required ## Description Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Chicken Little Test Engineer supporting the 46 Test Squadron - Sensors and Defensive Systems Flight (46 TS/TGBB) at Eglin AFB, FL under the TMAS III contract. This seniorlevel role provides engineering expertise for the execution of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) system testing and Precision Guided Munition (PGM) seeker evaluations supporting Project CHICKEN LITTLE. The Test Engineer will apply extensive electronic warfare (EW) domain experience, radiofrequency and electrooptical knowledge, and engineering principles to support test planning, execution, analysis, and documentation throughout weapon system development cycles. This is a fulltime onsite position at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, with travel up to 25%.
